QA/QC (Lab) Technician Internship

IMPORTANT: This position requires a degree (or be working toward a degree) in microbiology, food science, or chemistry.

If you’re going to work in a lab, the lab should be in a brewery. Trust us. We might get all geeky about cell counts and fermentation science, but we make beer, and beer is good

Swamp Head is looking for a QA/QC Intern to keep a close eye on the yeasties and everything else that makes our beer the consistent product we strive for. This position would start off as an hourly position with the possibility to grow as the brewery’s needs for lab work grow. If you think you’re the lab coat donning person we’re looking for, read on.
