Swamp Head is looking for a Cellarperson that will learn the ins and outs of beer production, from packaging beer to brewing it, and everything else in between. This is an entry-level position for those looking to get their foot in the door of the craft beer industry. Our Cellar team is trained in all aspects of beer production, and does not just stay in one area during their time working in the cellar. This is a wonderful opportunity for a person looking to learn all about the craft brewing process.
Daily duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Operating a forklift (training will be provided)
- Running the canning line
- Kegging and palletizing beer
- General brewery cleaning
- Processing fruit and other beer ingredients
- And eventually, brewing!
